Maybe you want to hire a coach, or maybe you want to become a coach, but you are still having this doubt about it.

What is this coaching partnership about?

What we are going to do today is that we are going to do a kind of example, we are going to invite today an imaginary friend. And let's call him K.

1. Who is K?

• K has his full focus on you as a person, and no one else, nothing else, no one else K is with you.
• K when he is listening to you. He is he is deeply listening to you.
• He can even sometimes make you feel that he is capable to predict what you're going to say next before you say it.
• K is someone who's very committed to your dreams. Someone who is there with you and his main focus is on your goals.
• Imagine K as a person you are sitting with and he's 100% committed to helping you achieve what's in your mind of dreams of goals, or vision, etc….
• As someone who is going to accept whoever you are, far from the way you look, talk, etc…. 
• K is with you, and he is accepting you as you are.
• Think about him as someone who is taking into consideration all that you have shared with him before.
• K is the most trustworthy person in your life

2- This is the way of how our coach is going to be behaving and dealing with you.

3- We need to go a couple of more miles to at least, be at the level of expectation and to exchange the same respect, love, and trust that this person is hiring us to deal with.
