- There are basically 3 main markets, that most of the business fall in one of them:
- Wealth
- Health
- Relationships
- In this stage it’s important to identify the core market you want and feel comfortable to serve, and work in it.
- Each of the 3 core markets contains a big list of submarkets.
- Remember, the market and submarket you’re going to choose will be where you will spend most of you coming years.
- What is a niche?
- A niche is a segment of a submarket, defined by a very specific need or preference.
- Submarkets are usually dominated by lots of sharks, making being the newcomer, as if entering to a red ocean, full of blood, caused by the existing sharks.
- As a new coach, defining or searching for a blue ocean in your area is key, to build a profitable business.
